集合住宅の一部を改装し、2階を住居、1階を企画スペースとして運営。複数の企画者が美術や演劇、農業などについて、気軽に企画・発表を行っています。
周囲にも町工場等を改装したカフェやシェアアトリエが点在し、それらの拠点・人をつないだネットワークが形成されています。そのため、他者から刺激を受けやすい環境にあると言えます。このような環境を好むアーティストの方には、適した場所ではないでしょうか。
設備が整っているわけではないので、墨田区あるいは東京で何かしたい場合の寝泊まりする場所・ちょっとした作業をする場所として考えていただければと思います。

Awoba Soh is based in a renovated part of a housing complex, where the first floor functions as a residence and the ground floor is run as an event space. Casual events and presentations about a range of topics, from art and theater to agriculture are organized by a number of coordinators. Cafes and shared studios that utilize renovated town factories are also dotted around the area, and a network connecting these sites and individuals is being formed. For this reason, it can be said that it is an environment that still has the capacity to be galvanized by others. For artists who prefer such an environment, this is surely a suitable location. Still with limited facilities, this residence would best suit someone with plans to do something in Sumida ward or Tokyo who requires a place to base themselves and a small work area.
